Slavik is an ordained minister from Ukraine; he and his family evacuated from Ukraine in the early days of the war. Slavik has led Serve Ukraine, our first bridge, since its inception. Serve Ukraine has become a powerful force for light in the darkness, bringing beauty from ashes.

Under Slavik's leadership, Serve Ukraine has grown to a network of 40 local churches serving their communities by providing coal, wood, warmth, food, clothing, and above all, the love of Jesus. Our network of churches has provided care to over 500,000 people since the war began, and continues daily ministering to thousands.
